It compares your CV against one specific job description and scores keyword match, section structure and parseability from 0 to 100. In our own dataset of 5,782 UK CV scans, the average CV matched only 47.8% of the keywords in the advert it targeted, missing around 9 keywords — most often process terms like stakeholder management, compliance and continuous improvement rather than technical skills.
